An experienced recruitment and sales professional, Sam has worked within recruitment in the construction sector since 2018, focussing on Building Services, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Architecture.

Liliana Aust

Director - Head of Finance

Liliana has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. She manages several consultancy companies, with Expedite at the centre, including her role as Head of Finance for ERS.

Operations Manager

Rosy is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the wider Expedite Group. This includes working on streamlining efficiencies, resource planning, and other projects that require implementation.

Marketing Manager

Aled spearheads the marketing and communications strategy for ERS. With over 10 years’ experience in property, Aled has worked for high profile developers and consultancies across Wales and the South West of England.
